Cinemagic is hosting a Devising Musical Theatre Camp for 20 young people aged 11-19 who are passionate about performing arts and the event will take place in August and September 2022 with additional activity later in the year. The programme is supported by The Executive Office Together: Building a United Community.
There is a small charge of £10 for the camp and we welcome interest from all young people aged 11 -19 with various levels of experience in performing arts.
The camp will be spent developing new skills and getting to know each other through workshops with industry professionals which will focus on good relations, drama, devising, acting, singing and dancing. Young people will also take part in rehearsals and devise a performance which will be showcased online for friends and family. Cinemagic filmmakers will film the camp and behind-the-scenes footage will be captured. This is an excellent opportunity for young people to learn in a fun and creative environment while making new friends.

13th and 14th August, 10am to 4pm at Accidental Theatre, Belfast
23rd September, 4pm to 8pm at Belvoir Studios, Belfast
24th and 25th September, 10am-5pm at Belvoir Studios, Belfast
Apply by 4th July 2022.You do not have to audition for the camp, you simply have to complete an application form to be considered which can be obtained from chloe@cinemagic.org.uk
