REMEMBER THE TITANS (Foodbank Screening)
+ Intro & Discussion with the Rio Ferdinand Foundation
BEFORE THE SCREENING: The Rio Ferdinand Foundation will join us to discuss how sport breaks down barriers, unites communities, and continues to bring young people from different backgrounds together in Northern Ireland.
‘Remember the Titans’ – Based on a true story, Remember the Titans follows a newly appointed high school football coach working to unite a racially divided team in 1970s Virginia. Facing deep-seated prejudice both on and off the field, the players use teamwork and mutual respect to overcome the odds, proving the true power of unity.
Cert: PG / Event Duration: 130 mins approx.
