Cinemagic Film Festival and Paper Owl Films have teamed up to provide young film fans with a special short film showcase to enjoy from home.
Paper Owl have provided Cinemagic with x 3 short films, from their award-winning portfolio, to offer to children and families to watch at home before inviting the young people to send in their reviews. The showcase will include Laura Robinson’s short film debut ‘Far Isle’; the stunning short film ‘Lucas’ created by Ethan McLean and an episode from the Irish Language nature magazine show ‘Na Dulradóirí’.
The project is aimed to engage with children and families who are spending more time at home during times of social distancing; and with the film review element we hope to generate lots of discussion and debate as well as helping to develop crossover analytical skills.
The programme is FREE to access for all children, families and young people in Northern Ireland and Ireland.
