The award-winning Cinemagic Film and Television Festival is thrilled to announce an open call for young people aged 16-19 to participate in our renowned Los Angeles programme this June 2025. This exceptional opportunity invites aspiring creatives to join an immersive experience in one of the world’s leading entertainment capitals. Over a week, selected participants will engage in hands-on film and television workshops, receive exclusive studio tours, and attend masterclasses with top professionals in the heart of Hollywood.
Participants will connect with industry leaders, including Emmy-winning producers and executives from major studios, as they explore what it takes to succeed in the global entertainment industry. From production techniques to career insights, this programme is designed to inspire and develop the next generation of talent.
Programme Details:
- Eligibility: Applicants must have participated in a Cinemagic project within the last two years, be aged 16-19, and demonstrate a passion for film and television.
- Cost: Participants must cover travel and accommodation expenses, totalling £2,500, due by April 2025. All other programme costs, including workshops, tours, studio visits, and meals, will be provided by Cinemagic.
- Dates: June 15th – 21st 2025
The Los Angeles programme, now in its 16th year, provides a unique gateway for young people from Northern Ireland to build industry connections and gain invaluable experience in film and TV.
